Fruit Routes was invited to set up a three-day temporary pop-up space in Carillion Court, Loughborough’s town centre shopping arcade as part of our harvest events in 2015. This was part of a project called Market Town Corner run by Radar (Loughborough University’s contemporary arts programme, which commissions artists to make new work alongside and in response to academic research) where different arts events took place in an empty shop space.  Fruit Routes set up spaces for sharing stories and information about foraging, local food and Fruit Routes and exchanging recipe ideas and gifting produce and harvest bounty from Fruit Routes.
